SNORING AND TEETH GRINDING

These night-time delights are mainly suffered by sleeping partners, though snoring can disturb the snorer’s as well as the partner’s sleep.  Teeth grinding can result in aching jaws and worn teeth.

 

Snoring is usually a long term problem, but it’s worth trying the setup statements below.  I think you need to tap daily until your partner tells you that you no longer snore.

 

Teeth grinding seems to be related directly to stress and if you can remember when it started and what was happening in you life then, tapping on the core problem as well as the teeth grinding should help sort it out.

 

Set-up phrases

 

Snoring

 

1.  Even though I have this breathing difficulty, I choose to breathe easily.

 

First round tapping - 'this breathing difficulty'

 

Second round tapping - 'choose to breathe easily'

 

Third round tapping - alternate the above two.

 

2.  Even though I don't know I'm doing it but I'm snoring like a train I choose to release whatever is causing the problem.

 

First round tapping - 'snoring like a train'

 

Second round tapping - 'choose to release whatever is causing the problem'

 

Third round tapping - alternate the above two

 

3.  Even though I have this breathing constriction that's causing all this noise I prefer to breathe and sleep peacefully.

 

First round tapping - 'this breathing constriction'

 

Second round tapping - 'breathe and sleep peacefully

 

Third round tapping - alternate the above two

 

Teeth grinding

 

‘Even though I grind my teeth in my sleep and I don’t know why, I choose to release whatever it is that is causing it and I deeply love and accept myself.’

 

OR if you know what is causing the stress, try the following

 

‘Even though I grind my teeth when I am asleep because…….., I deeply love and accept myself.’
